Is the following statement correctly formed? If so, how do you solve it?
Two cards are drawn from a standard deck and not replaced. Find P (K and a heart).

Assuming that a standard deck is a 52-card deck, then it is left to understand what probability we are asked to calculate.
Find P (K and a heart).P stands for probability and "(K and a heart)" stands for an event. But what event is it?
Is it "One of them is King and another one is a heart"?
Is it "The first one is King and the second one is a heart"?
I would say it is the first one as "Two cards are drawn from" without "one-by-one" implies that they are drawn together.
Then use the following formulas to solve:
- the basic definition of discrete probability
- the formula for taking two elements out of 52 without a replacement
- calculate the number of favorable outcomes
